How long will my order take?

Our current processing time to get your order ready to ship is 3-5 business days. Sometime we are able to have them ready sooner and during high peek points of the year it may take us a little longer but we always try our best to get orders out ASAP! Delivery times are based on the shipment option selected at checkout. Please note delivery delays can occur and are out of our control once your order leaves our shop. Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Local pick up is available in Kitchener Ontario every Monday from 5pm - 8pm. Please make sure you have received a "ready for pick up" email before arriving.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available within Canada on orders of $100 or more and within the USA on orders of $150 or more.

Can I order as a gift and have it send directly to the recipient?

Yes! Please make sure at check out to fill in your information under billing and the recipients information under shipping. If you would like a special note added to the order you can include it in the notes section at check out.
